NMR tube cleaner and drier. Simple two-step procedure cleans NMR tubes:

1. Connect the filtering flask to vacuum source and fill the solvent reservoir with cleaning solvent.

2. Slide the NMR tube on the stainless steel tubing and let the solvent flush the NMR tube.

This procedure can be repeated with the most convenient solvent for cleaning tubes (e.g., DMSO), followed by a wash with low-boiling point solvent to facilitate drying by a stream of air

Alternatively, the cleaner can be connected to a nitrogen source and flushed with an inert gas.
